Abstract From the Canadian patent

The invention provides a treatment delivery system and a method for treating a body of water held in a reservoir. The system comprises a chemical dosing assembly submersible within the body of water and the assembly comprises a frame adapted to rest at the bottom of the reservoir a water motive tube and a first chemical treatment flow tube secured to the frame. Each of the water motive tube and the first chemical treatment tube independently comprises a first end having an inlet and a second end having an outlet.
