Yeast cells are transformed with a , vector expressing a protein to be tested fused to a yeast cell wall protein. Mutagenesis is used , to a generate a variegated population of mutants of the protein to be tested. The yeast cells , are labeled with a first label which associates with yeast expressing the protein having one or , more enhanced phenotypic properties of surface expression level stability, secretion levels , and solubility and does not …

Why it's free to use
- Filed January 20, 1999. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended January 20, 2019.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by January 20, 2021.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
