Abstract From the Canadian patent

A foldable protective garment (10) including an outer shell (30) shaped to fit about at least part of the body of a wearer the outer shell (30) being foldable into a compact position and a pouch (50) coupled to the outer shell (30). The pouch (50) is shaped and sized to receive generally all of the outer shell (30) therein when the outer shell (30) is in the compact position. The pouch (50) includes an upper mouth (82) and a lower mouth (84) located on a generally opposite side of the pouch (50) relative to the upper mouth (82) and the upper mouth (82) and the lower mouth (84) are both selectively openable and closable.
