The present invention relates to hemorrhoid treatment pads. The hemorrhoid treatment pad of , the present invention is flushable pad having a skin care composition comprising skin treatment , agents applied to the haemorrhoid treatment pad in an amount of 0.0155 g/m2 (0.01 mg/in 2) to , 310 g/m2 (200 mg/in2). The skin care composition can have from about 0.001% to about 0.1% , by weight of hexamidine; from about 0.001% to about 10% by weight of zinc oxide; from about , 0.01 % to about 10% by weight of niacinamide.
