A test device (110) for determining at least one analyte concentration in a sample, by means of at least one test element (136) is proposed. The test device (110) can, be used particularly for glucose measurement in particular blood glucose, measurement cholesterol measurement and/or coagulation measurement. The test device according to the invention comprises a housing (112) with a closed state, and an opened state, and a storage device (134) for receiving at least one test, element (136).
