Abstract From the Canadian patent

A transition (1) for dispensing a composition from a container comprising a collar (4); a spout (2) comprising an opening (12) said spout being capable , of directing the flow of the composition out of the container; a drip concentrating member (6) having at least one drain hole (10) functionally connecting the collar and the spout; wherein the drip concentrating member is at least partially non-planar.
