Abstract From the Canadian patent

The invention relates to a dry fryer (1) comprising a main body (2) intended to accommodate food to be fried and mounted within said main body (2), a means (5 6) for, automatically coating said food with a film of fat by mingling said food with fat. The invention relates to fryer-type cooking appliances.
