The invention relates to a motor-operated gastric ring (1) of the type that comprises a motor which can regulate the diameter of the ring (1) and which is activated by means of induction from at least one external emitting antenna to a receiving antenna which is attached to the ring. The invention is characterised in that the ring (1) comprises: at least one receiving antenna at least one of said antennas being misaligned in relation to the plane of the gastric ring and an electronic device which is attached to the ring and which is designed to ensure the optimal use of the energy received.
