Abstract From the Canadian patent

The invention relates to a method for detaching a charge (5) which is stuck to the inner wall of a grinding pipe (1), wherein the drive device (2) of the grinding pipe (1) is controlled by a control device (3) for targeted removal of the charge (5) that is stuck. The grinding pipe (1) is rotated in a targeted manner such that the charge (5) that is stuck is removed from the inner wall of the grinding pipe (1) as a result of multiple modification of the rotational speed of the grinding pipe (1) and optionally, as a result of , abrupt braking of the grinding pipe (1).
