Disclosed is a fluid system (10) for conduit expansion. The fluid system (10) includes a fluid processing system (14) and a fluid injection source (18) for injecting fluid into a conduit expansion system (12). In addition a fluid , recycle return (20) transfers spent or used fluid back from the conduit expansion system (12) to the fluid processing system (14). In addition the , fluid processing system (14) is in communication with the fluid source (16) for supplying fluid into the fluid processing system (14). The fluid system (10) may be positioned on or within a mobile unit (82) such that the fluid , system (10) is transportable.
