Abstract From the Canadian patent

A multi-modulation transmitting method which combines a plurality of independent sine waves into a composite wave which is a non-orthogonal multimodulation symbol, wherein each of said independent sine waves is referred to as sub-wave, the amplitude, frequency and phase of said independent sine wave can be any value within the value range thereof and each of said independent , sine waves are non-orthogonal to each other; the composite wave is multi-point sampled; each sub-waves of said non-orthogonal multi~modulation symbol are decomposed in order to realize data communication. It can improve the frequency utilization and signal~noise ratio greatly which can in turn , increase the …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed April 30, 2003. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended April 30, 2023.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 30, 2025.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
