The invention relates to a suspending device for webs made of flexible material, comprising a fastening section which allows the suspending device to be fastened to or near an edge of a planar web material and a suspending , section that allows hanging on a profiled rod (7). The aim of the invention is to create a suspending device that can be fastened and released in a simple and quick manner by means of a profiled rod or similar which is used for suspending corresponding webs of material or pockets.
