A method and a device are described for the preparation of a beverage from a soluble product contained in a disposable cartridge based on the regulation , of the dispensing of the beverage in such way that the soluble product is delivered in suspension for at least 75% of the total dispensing time. According to one embodiment said device comprises of the outlet opening of the cartridge (1).
