The described systems and methods described are directed at encoding randomly distributed features in an object. Randomly distributed features in an authentication object are determined. Data representing the randomly distributed features is compressed and encoded with a sib. A label is created and includes the authentication object and the encoded data. The data may be compressed by determining a probability density function associated with the authentication object. Vectors associated with the randomly distributed attributes arc determined based at least in part, on the probability density function. The vectors are encoded using an arithmetic coding algorithm.

Why it's free to use
- Filed February 15, 2005 and granted June 19, 2012. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended February 15, 2025.
- Certificates of supplementary protection extend only drug patents, and it isn't classified as one.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
