To produce a layered structure (1) which includes a panel (2) made of composite materials applied against at least one metal plate (3) the panel and the plate are stacked, then the stack is bored to produce a fastening borehole and a fastening rod (8) is inserted into the borehole and the fastener is secured. In the invention during boring, negative play is created between the bore diameter and the diameter of the fastener such that when the fastener is inserted it is inserted from the metal plate. By doing so it is shown that positive interference is caused promoting the durability of the fastener.
