It is intended to provide a method of constructing liposomes having a complex of a metal radioactive nuclear seed having a short half-life (for example 99mTc) and CD encapsulated therein at a practically available radiochemical yield and purity. Namely, a method of producing liposomes having a short halflife metal radioactive nuclear seed and ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulated therein which comprises mixing a complex of the short half-life metal radioactive nuclear seed and N-2(1H-pyrrolylmethyl)-N~-(4-penten-3-one- 2)ethane-1,2-diamine and liposomes having ethylenedicysteine (CD) encapsulated therein and incubating the same is provided.

Why it's free to use
- Filed February 25, 2003. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended February 25, 2023.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 25, 2025.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
