Abstract From the Canadian patent

A system and method is disclosed which enables a user to asynchronously synchronize datasets amongst such devices as a PC PDA, or cell phone. The , method disclosed allows for such synchronization to occur through several mediums including the internet (102a) or a corporate network (102b). The method further includes steps to update data amongst all devices quickly and securely.
