A domain linker region is presumed by inputting the amino acid sequence of a protein with an unknown stereostrcture into a hierarchical neural network capable of distinguishing domain linker regions. Sequencial characteristics of a linker domain are clarified by using statistical techniques and the obtained data are combined with a method of presuming the secondary structure. Thus a , method of presuming the domain linker of an amino acid sequence with an unknown structure can be constructed.

Why it's free to use
- Filed October 4, 2002. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 4, 2022.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 4, 2024.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
