A monitoring and measuring device which not only can work as a normal video camera, but also can detect and respond to the moving objects respects to their motions, and positions. Also, with the assistance of an external targeting tool this , device can, measure the position of an identical object and position related information of multi-, targets. This device consists of two independent and pre-calibrated optical sensing, modules with two- dimensional optical-electronic image sensing components.
