This invention is about the method and system for sharing data over internet which activates data upload and sharing data by letting the information users to pay information fee to the information provider if he judges the data us useful when he uses the upload data in the data sharing site. And in case of the data is not useful and of no value for sharing it will not be used and , naturally selected out and this will reduce the circulation and distribution of such harmful data.
