Abstract From the Canadian patent

An internal bubble cooling air control system in a blown film apparatus has sensors (48a, 48b, 52a, 52b) arranged to increase response time and reduce interference, and includes a high speed valve (46) for fast actuation of air flow from a controller (44) in response to signals received from the sensors (48a, 48b, 52a, 52b).
