Channels comprising these polypeptides close in response to concentrations of cytoplasmic ATP in the millimolar range are subject to inhibition by high , intracellular levels of calcium and/or magnesium and do not respond to , depletion or reduction in intracellular calcium stores. The invention further relates to the methods of utilizing LTRPC7 for binding and the methods for , modulating LTRPC7 activity and for measuring LTRPC2 permeability. The invention further …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed November 13, 2001 and granted August 21, 2012. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended November 13, 2021.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by November 13, 2023.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
