Abstract From the Canadian patent

An accessory bridge, having a storage compartment adapted to be secured to , the, upper portion of the handle of a stroller above a so-called "parent console;" , and a stroller including such an accessory bridge. The accessory bridge preferably is secured at its bottom, to the top of the console and at its top to the handgrip portion of the handle. The storage, compartment may be within a tilt-out bin that is accessible from the rear such that it can be, accessed when the stroller is open as well as when it is folded. A front opening allows the, dispensing of articles (e.g. tissues) carried by the accessory bridge.
