Abstract From the Canadian patent

Geometric relations among components of a wheel angle shift mechanism of a cutting apparatus for cutting paved roads are theoretically determined by utilizing trigonometric and inverse trigonometric functions so that wheel angles are changed and fixed by a one-touch handling for a precise circular or straight movement of the cutting apparatus for a circular or straight cutting operation. Based on calculations the cutting apparatus is arranged as follows. Why it's free to use

  • Filed February 26, 2003. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended February 26, 2023.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 26, 2025.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
