The invention also provides antisense nucleic acid molecules, recombinant expression vectors containing PD-L2 nucleic acid molecules, host cells into which the expression vectors have been introduced and nonhuman transgenic animals in which a PD-L2 gene has been introduced or disrupted. The invention further provides isolated PD-L2 polypeptides fusion , proteins, antigenic peptides and anti-PD-L2 antibodies. The invention still further provides methods for promoting or inhibiting the interaction between PD-L2 and PD-1. …

Why it's free to use
- Filed June 28, 2001 and granted November 29, 2011. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended June 28, 2021.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 28, 2023.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
