A method is described for supplying management services from a service centre for a plurality of industrial cleaning processes or machines at remote sites and/or operated by different organisations. A local unit is provided at each process or machine, which is programmed to forward process/machine information with a process/machine identification to the service centre. The information received from the local units is processed in a service centre computer to obtain management reports on the process or operation of the machines.
