Abstract From the Canadian patent

The invention relates to a self-inking stamp with inking from the top. Said stamp comprises a bottom part (1) which can be placed on the surface to be stamped (1), a turning mechanism (W) for a printing plate support which is situated in the bottom part and which can be moved back and forth between an ink pad (4) and a set-down frame (A) while turning; and a top actuating part , (2) which can be displaced in relation to the bottom part against a spring force and which is connected to the bottom part by its side parts (2") by a , turning pin of the printing plate support which passes through the narrow side walls of the bottom part in longitudinal holes (12).
