Amorphous polyester resin compositions improved in impact resistance with little impair in the optical properties inherent in amorphous polyester resin can be obtained by using a core-shell impact modifier constituted of (A) 40 to 90 parts of a core made of a butadiene copolymer (B) 5 to 40 parts of an , inner shell made by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing a hydroxyl- or alkoxy-bearing (meth)acrylic ester monomer and (C) 5 to 20 parts of an outer , shell made by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer.

Why it's free to use
- Filed January 15, 2002. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended January 15, 2022.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by January 15, 2024.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
