The invention relates to a method for measuring characteristic properties of a plasma beam in a thermal spraying process, wherein the spraying materials are fed into the plasma (1) and the luminous radiation emitted by the plasma (1) is reproduced on optical fibers (2). According to the invention the luminous radiation is, reproduced on the one end (2a) of the optical fibers (2) arranged in a one-dimensional or two-dimensional array (6). According to the invention spectral analysis of the, luminous radiation transmitted in the optical fiber(2) is accomplished with a spectrometer (3) arranged at the other end (2b) of an optical fiber (2). In addition the, frequency spectrums are analyzed in …

Why it's free to use
- Filed August 15, 2002. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended August 15, 2022.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by August 15, 2024.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
