The invention relates to a regenerative adjuvant to be used in skin and bone defects of living beings and to a method that can be carried out in any doctor's practice without the need for a specialized laboratory. The invention further relates to a kit used with this regenerative adjuvant that can be easily handled. The inventive regenerative adjuvant for skin and bone defects comprises thrombocyte-rich plasma (platelet-rich plasma) and calcium phosphates.
