Abstract From the Canadian patent

The winding described is formed by a continuous laminar conductor (401), which, when disposed in a plane presents a generally serpentine, pattern consisting of a plurality of loops and which is bent along lines of, bending (C1-C8) in such a way that the loops overlap one another thus, forming the turns of the winding. The loops are formed by rectilinear portions of the laminar conductor, and the winding in this way assumes a substantially rectangular shape.

Why it's free to use

  • Filed June 13, 2002. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended June 13, 2022.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 13, 2024.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
