A flowmeter for determining a fluid flow rate on the basis of calibration curves and the output of a sensing circuit comprising a flow rate sensing part including a heater (33) for an indirectly heated flow rate sensor unit and a bridge circuit (73) including sensing elements of a fluid temperature sensing part as constituent resistors. The circuit characteristic value of the bridge circuit (73) are varied in steps by a multiplexer (731) for selectively connecting one of the terminals for connection between resistors connected in series and the output terminal. The number of calibration curves agrees with the number of circuit characteristic values and one of the calibration curves …

Why it's free to use
- Filed October 30, 2000. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended October 30, 2020.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by October 30, 2022.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
