A toothbrush has a handle and a brush at one end of it and both are on a straight line. My invention is a "T" shaped toothbrush that has a straight handle and a "U" shaped bristle holder on the top part of the "T " shaped toothbrush. On the bottom of the, inside "U" shaped bristle holder there are short bristles and on the inside there are, normal long USA or Canadian toothbrush type bristles. The side bristles are shorter in, the middle of the side brushes going vertical compared to the horizontal bottom bristles, that makes a hole to put the toothpaste in.

Why it's free to use
- Filed June 3, 2002. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended June 3, 2022.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by June 3, 2024.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
