Abstract From the Canadian patent

The input power of a transmission amplifier is decreased and breakdown and waveform distortion of an amplifier is prevented. A spreading combining section (11) subjects all the transmission spread data to addition combining and collects amplitude data S2 and transmission average information S8 on its given time average. The S2 is modulated by a modulating section (13) to generate a modulated output signal S4, which is inputted into an amplifying section (15) and a transmission power amplifier (30) through a variable ATT section (14) and amplified by them. A comparing/controlling section (19) calculates average transmission power data STT on a given time average of transmission …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed July 26, 2000. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended July 26, 2020.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 26, 2022.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
