A system and method for online screening of potential customers of chemical products prior, to the purchase or procurement of the chemical products from chemical manufacturers and/or, distributors is disclosed. The chemical customer may order chemical products online which are, categorized based on the degree of hazard they pose. A defined set of criteria is applied to all, products offered for sale such as high risk, low risk, custom or no risk.
