One embodiment, which might be termed a retrofit kit involves apparatus for, controlling pipeline televising equipment comprising a power control unit having at, least one input plug. The apparatus includes a communication module having a receiving antenna and an output plug substantially identical to the input plug. The, apparatus also includes a wireless handheld master control module having a transmitting antenna. The control module includes at least two actuators one , each for, panning and for tilting a pipeline television camera.
