Abstract From the Canadian patent

The container dispenser apparatus for the storage and dispensing of various size fishing swivels, including a said body being that of resilient material having an aperture , extending from one end of the body to the opposite end of the body furthermore the hollow cavity inside , the said body allows swivels to slide in the downward direction inside the said body sliding , towards the dispensing end, of the dispenser. An aperture positioned in the dispensing tip of the apparatus exposes 1 of the, opposing eyelets of a swivel through the dispensing aperture and constrains the barrel and opposite, eyelet inside the container.
