Isolated DNA sequences are provided which code for the expression of dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol benzylic ether reductase. In other aspects replicable recombinant cloning vehicles are provided which code for dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol benzylic ether reductase or for a base sequence sufficiently complementary to at least a portion of dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol benzylic ether reductase DNA or RNA to enable hybridization therewith. In yet other aspects, modified host cells are provided that have been transformed transfected, infected and/or injected with a recombinant cloning vehicle and/or DNA sequence encoding dehydrodiconiferyl alcohol benzylic ether reductase. Thus, methods are …

Why it's free to use
- Filed July 23, 1999. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended July 23, 2019.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 23, 2021.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
