A hand-held glass cleaning device is provided. Packaging for the device provides a cleaning section including a cleaning compartment and a drying section including a drying compartment. A wet medium capable of retaining moisture and releasing moisture upon application of pressure is disposed within the cleaning compartment. A cleaning fluid is in contact with the moisture retaining medium. A dry medium capable of absorbing and removing moisture and drying a surface is disposed within the drying compartment.
