The present invention relates to a method and system for creating a customized color cosmetic mass at the point of sale to a customer. The method includes selecting a final color, identifying a combination of pellets (22) to create the final color upon combination thereof heating the combination of pellets , (22) in a container (24) to a specified temperature to form a heated mixture transferring the heated mixture from the container to a mold (30) cooling the , mold until the heated mixture solidifies to form the cosmetic mass (56) and , disassembling the mold to release the mass.
