This invention was developed to alter the molecular structure of hydrocarbon fuels, by breaking down the long hydrocarbon chain molecules which gives them more exposure to oxygen and thereby creates more energy. All combustion fuels require oxygen but existing fuels have to be designed to minimize evaporation to allow handling in the open. The gasoline used today that is available at the service station pumps has , longer, hydrocarbon chain molecules or the evaporation would be much higher which could, create the right circumstances for dangerous explosions. This invention achieves the desired objective of improving the combustibility of the, fuel by breaking down the carbon chains but …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed August 8, 2000. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended August 8, 2020.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by August 8, 2022.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
