There is provided for a method for fabricating a phosphor including host material regions to accelerate electrons and light-emitting regions containing light-emitting center ion. In the present invention the phosphor is manufactured by several ten to several thousand repetitions of host material growth reactions and growth reactions of light-emitting region separately in turn. Wherein the metalorganic compound including Pb covalent-bonded to organic functional group is used as a Pb-precursor and the Pb-precursor is reacted with H2X (X = S or Se) thereby, PbX being added into the host material. By this the method for fabricating the phosphor in accordance with the present invention provides …

Why it's free to use
- Filed July 4, 2000 and granted September 25, 2012. A Canadian patent filed from October 1, 1989 lasts 20 years from filing, so its term ended July 4, 2020.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 4, 2022.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
