The first channel port (38) has a first optical filter element (48), which is transparent to a wavelength sub-range within the wavelength range passed by the common port (36) and the pass-through port (32), and substantially reflective of other wavelengths within such wavelength range. The second channel port (40) includes a second optical filter element (60) having light transmittance and reflectance properties substantially the …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed December 10, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended December 10, 2018.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 10, 2020.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
