According to the invention, a plate, especially for the upper arm has guides , for preferably two screws which steadily holds the screws such that they are at an angle relative to said plate. In addition the screws are preferably , fixed to a fixing device such that they can be detached and are prevented from turning in the screw shaft and displacing in a direction of the screw shaft. To this end, a special screw is provided which has an outer thread diameter that is larger than the adjacent shaft diameter. The shaft diameter increases in the area of the screw head in order to guarantee a sure guiding.

Why it's free to use
- Filed November 5, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended November 5, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by November 5, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
