The method is characterised in that it consists in: producing photographs part of a person's body to be reproduced; digitising the photographs for producing therefrom a skin texture; producing a volumetric body corresponding to the digitised model; applying the digitised photographs on a base made of retractable material to obtain the skin texture; applying the retractable base on the part of the volumetric body concerned; subjecting the base to an operation enabling it to match perfectly the recesses and contours of the volumetric body.
