A make up kit is arranged to be suspended from a person's neck and includes a neck support having resilient padded material thereon. The neck support, is pivotal between a storage position wherein the support extends inwards within the, housing and a usable position wherein the support extends outwards at an upwards, incline for being supported on the person' neck and shoulders.
