Abstract From the Canadian patent

A configurable mufti-rate channelizer (20) is provided to separate an input bandwidth into a plurality of narrowband channels at different data rates such as 1x, 2x, and 4x. The innovative multi-rate channelizer design may contain the same hardware, blocks, such as the window presum block 22 the cyclic shift block 24 and the , discrete Fourier transform (DFT) block 26 for channelizing both real and complex representations, of an input wideband signal into individual channels. However only some of , these, hardware blocks may be used while some other hardware blocks may be bypassed depending on the output data rate chosen for an input wideband signal with minimal, additional hardware for …

Why it's free to use

  • Filed February 18, 2000. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended February 18, 2020.
  • A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by February 18, 2022.
  • We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
