In order to promote solubilization or suspension of 4-oxo-8-4-(4phenylbutoxy)benzoylamino-2-(tetrazol-5-yl)-4H-1-benzopyran or its hydrate (pranlukast) in water, at least one component selected from surfactants water-, soluble cellulose derivatives and water-soluble vinyl polymers is formulated together with pranlukast. Why it's free to use
- Filed July 15, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended July 15, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by July 15, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
