A convertible headwear article comprising a foldable tubular fabric body having first and second opposed closable ends. The tubular fabric body is adapted to be folded in thirds to allow the convertible headwear article to be used as a headband. Alternatively, the tubular fabric body can be unfolded or partly unfolded with one end thereof closed so as to form a tuque configuration. The convertible headwear can also be selectively configured into a carrying bag with both ends of the tubular fabric body closed or into a hand warmer with both ends of the tubular fabric body partly closed. Why it's free to use
- Filed December 17, 1999. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended December 17, 2019.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by December 17, 2021.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
