A aqueous suspension preparations of hardly soluble drugs containing water soluble polymers at a concentration within a range from the concentration at which the decrease in the surface tension of the liquid preparations is initiated to the concentration at which such decrease is terminated. These preparations can be easily redispersed and undergo neither aggregation of the dispersed particles nor caking. The excellent redispersibility of these preparations makes them useful as injections eye drops, nasal drops, drugs , for internal use lotions, etc.

Why it's free to use
- Filed April 30, 1998. No grant is recorded for it in Canada; had it been granted, its 20-year term would have ended April 30, 2018.
- A certificate of supplementary protection adds at most two years for a drug, so even that would have ended by April 30, 2020.
- We check Canadian rights only. A patent in its family in another country could still be in force: check its family on Google Patents.
